Library Clients
The library fulfils the need of Researchers, Scholars, Language Courses students, M.S and Ph.D Course work students, Teaching staff as well as non-teaching staff of the Centre.
Library Timings
Monday to Friday:
8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Break Timings
Monday to Thursday:
1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
Friday: 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm
- Leave your personal belongings such as handbags, briefcases, etc., outside the library entrance on your responsibility. The library disclaims any liability for loss or damage.
- Do not write, underline or mark any book. Library books are carefully examined on return and the borrower will be held responsible for the damage.
- After reading, leave books at the librarian counter. Please do not shelve books.
- Complete silence should be observed except for brief and subdued talk with library staff.
- Drinks and eatables are not allowed in the Library.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Library.
- Keep your mobile off within the Library premises.
- The Membership card is needed to check out Library material, without Library membership card you would not be able to check out Library materials.
- Ask for help from Library Staff if you are unable to find your required material.
- A Membership card will be issued after receiving the membership form.
- To keep your record update and to serve you, please inform to library staff when your address, email address or cell no is changed.
- Membership is valid for a period of one year. In case of loss or damage reported, the membership will be suspended. The Membership card may not be used by any other except you.
- Reading material will not be issued and it must be used within the library.
- Membership card must be attested by the concerned authority.
- Members are responsible to abide by the rules and regulation of the library.
- To prevent fraudulent use, lost or stolen library membership card should be reported immediately to the library circulation desk or through email at asce_ku@yahoo.com. Your library account will be blocked to prevent misuse of the lost card by others. You can activate your account as soon as you get your new membership card.
